In Episode 2, we are talking all about our Fun Confetti Mood for January: FOCUSED ON FUN! At the beginning of a new year, it is natural to want to recharge, start fresh, get organized and focused for the new year. So, we want to do those things, but add some fun to them!
A Spotify Playlist that's only Focused on FUN!
To help you get into our Focused on Fun Confetti Mood, we've curated a playlist that's sure to be FUN! In fact, we made a point to only include songs with the word FUN in the title, so it's kind of a guarantee! You can play them in your dance classes or just listen anytime when you want to add some fun to your day! Focused on Fun-spiration
For each Fun Confetti Mood post, we create a Pinterest Board to go along with our Mood! From words of encouragement and fun apparel to decor ideas, dance activities and more, you can find lots of fun on our Pinterest boards!
Challenge: We encourage you to create a mood board that is only focused on fun! You can use our Pinterest board and blog post to inspire or motivate you (the super colorful and fun mood shelf we created in our studio using all things we already had)!

Focusing on Fun Goals
We want to strive to figure out a way to stay positive, especially given the climate we are in right now. January is typically a time for setting long term goals for the whole year but maybe that's not really doable right now. Instead, create smaller short term goals that are realistically achievable.
How can you add fun to your studio THIS week? What steps can you take to find a more fun and positive outlook on the obstacles you might be facing as a small business owner?
Here are a few examples of how we are taking some of the some things that need to get done at our studio, but focusing on them from a fun perspective.
1. Building our boys program/marketing
2. Creating a costume look book to share on zoom and our website since parents cannot come into the studio for an in-person reveal.
3. Creating a fun outdoor hangout space and hosting a fun and safe outdoor event that ties into our year-end show theme.
